The powder-on-powder decoration process ensures very high standards and great strength.
The aluminium profiles are coated with a layer of powder that reproduces the wood’s veining using a special automatic applicator.
Strengths
Powder-on-powder wood-effect painting gives the finish a greater durability,
but that is not all: thanks this technologically advanced system,
the wood-effect finish has a very high definition, clean and realistic, so much so that it looks like a true photograph.
DFV uses fully non-toxic and Qualicoat polyester powders and, last but not least,
the cost of this technology is currently within everyone’s reach.
