Certified Quality
The scrupulous planning of production processes and the careful control of the various stages of processing ensure quality at all stages of processing, up to the finished product.
Daily checks and samplings are carried out on each production batch:
the materials collected are analyzed in the company’s in-house laboratory to constantly check the compliance of the different products with the quality standards required.
The implementation of the procedures described above allowed the company to obtain the following certifications and to make available to its customers.
UNI EN ISO 9001:2015
Certification relating to the quality management system of the company organization, with particular reference to the constant attention to the structural, organizational and financial elements, the degree of customer satisfaction and the enhancement of human capital.
UNI EN ISO 14001:2015
Certification relating to the management system of environmental issues, with particular reference to the storage, handling and use of substances, waste management, and emissions into the atmosphere.
UNI ISO 45001:2018
The certification defines the requirements for a Workers’ Safety and Health Management System, as required by the applicable regulations and in relation to the dangers and risks potentially present in the workplace.
QUALICOAT and QUALICOAT SEASIDE
Internationally recognized product certification for painted aluminium, based on which the raw material used, the production process and the finished product are qualitatively guaranteed through continuous tests carried out both in the company in-house laboratory and in the Qualital certified laboratory.
The extention SEASIDE referring specifically to products used for architectural applications in seaside areas.
QUALIDECO
International certification for wood-effect decorated aluminium based on which the raw material used, the production process implemented and the decorated finished product have a quality guaranteed and recognized in all the countries of the world. The Qualideco brand too involves tests and checks to be carried out within the company and in the Qualicoat certified laboratories.
10-YEAR and 15-YEAR WARRANTY
The company then provides customers with a declaration of conformity on all painted products, with a 10-year warranty certificate for all paintings in Class 1 and a 15-year warranty certificate for all paintings in Class 2.
